Processing Method
We Bring the Gherkins from the farmer as fresh under contract farming and do the following process in our Factory / Plant.
( For Acetic acid and Vinegar Product )
- Transporting the fresh Gherkins to the factory in the plastic Crates
- Un loading / Weighing / Grading (Segregation) for the Sizes
- Use Vibrator to remove dust and Flowers
- Defects Removal on the Dry Belt
- Soaking
- Brush Washing
- Wet Culling
- Filling in to the Barrels / Drums
- Weighing the initial packing
- Juice / Media Filling into the Drums
- Lock the Drums by Using Gasket / Mesh / Inner Lid and Outer Ring
- Keep 10 to 15 Days for Osmosis Period
- Topping
- Final Physical and Chemical Checks
- Cleaning
- labelling
- Loading in Container
- For Brine / Salt Solution It has to be naturally fermented in under sunlight
